A message from VestiPOS
The ongoing Covid-19 outbreak is already having a huge impact on businesses throughout the UK, and we’re all still coming to terms with what this will truly mean. Here at VestiPOS, we’re putting in place a number of measures to safeguard our team, the service we provide and support our customers, which I’d like to tell you about.
Your VestiPOS Subscription
We understand the financial pressures our customers are currently facing. We’ve been working hard to find a solution to help you through this difficult time. From today, we have made the following changes for customers impacted by these events:
- Monthly Plans: A 70% discount for 3-months on all subscription fees.
- Annual Plans: If your renewal falls during the next 3-months we will automatically switch you to a monthly plan with the same 70%discount applied.
There is no need to contact us to request these discounts. We will automatically apply these discounts on all renewals due from today where accounts are not currently processing sales. Going forward, we will continue to monitor events and communicate any changes/extensions to this policy as appropriate.
You will still be able to access your VestiPOS account as normal during this period. We’ll continue to host, manage, backup and secure your data whilst continuing to offer support throughout.
VestiPOS Support Centre
We have put in place systems and procedures that allow all relevant staff to be able to work remotely to ensure that resource is always available to support our customers. To aid us in delivering this, we ask all support issues are logged via email (email@example.com) or through our support site athttps://support.vestipos.com
We are operating reduced support times of Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm until further notice.
The next few months are going to be a difficult and uncertain time for many of us, but I want to assure you that VestiPOS will be here to support your business as much as we can.
