Occasionally you may need to void an entire sale. Common situations where this might occur:

  • A customer changes their mind before payment is processed
  • A staff member starts a new sale in error

Voiding a sale

1. From the sales screen tap the "Functions" button.

2. Tap the "Void Sale" button".

3. When prompted tap the "Yes" button on the confirmation popup.

You have now successfully voided the sale. You will be returned to the staff sign on screen.
